🏀 Welcome to the Emersyn Fundamentals x Jr. Cavs Fall League! 🏀 BUILD & BALL IN THE FALL 🏀 We’re excited to kick off the 2nd Annual Emersyn Fundamentals Fall League! After an incredible first season filled with hardworking athletes, tremendous growth, and a great start to the school basketball season, we’re back and ready to make Year 2 even better. From August 26 – October 17, boys and girls in Grades 3–8 will participate in an 8-week developmental league featuring weekly practices, Saturday games, skill development, and a positive, competitive environment designed to help every athlete improve. Each athlete will receive: 🏀 Weekly Wednesday Team Practices 5:30PM - 7:30PM 🏀 Saturday In-House League Games 9AM-11AM 👕 Official Custom Emersyn Fundamentals x Jr. Cavs Jersey 🧠 Basketball IQ & Film Sessions 📈 Skill development in ball handling, footwork, shooting, defense, teamwork, and game situations 💪 High-level coaching from former professional basketball player Chucky Humphries Whether your child is just starting or preparing for the upcoming school season, this league is designed to build confidence, teach the game the right way, and create a fun, encouraging experience for every athlete. We’re proud to partner with the Jr. Cavs, Cavs Youth Sports, and White Township Recreation to continue providing one of the area’s premier developmental basketball experiences. ⭐ Registration is limited to just 40 athletes to ensure every player receives quality instruction, individual attention, and meaningful game experience. Fundamentals Academy The Fundamentals Academy is Emersyn Fundamentals’ premier 6-month athlete development program, designed for boys and girls in Grades 3–8 who are committed to growing both on and off the court. More than basketball training, the Academy provides a complete development experience that combines skill training, competitive play, individualized progress tracking, leadership development, academic accountability, and mentorship in one structured program. Every athlete follows a personalized development journey while training with former professional basketball player Chucky Humphries. Families also choose the training path that best fits their athlete’s goals and schedule—whether through consistent group development or individualized private instruction. Built for busy families, the Academy meets just 2–3 flexible days per week, making it easy to balance school, other sports, and family commitments while still receiving year-round, high-level development. Our mission is simple: Develop skilled athletes. Build confident leaders. Prepare young people for success on and off the court.

LeagueCAVALITTLES K-2 LEAGUE
The Cavalittles League is a beginner-friendly basketball league designed specifically for ages 4–7 (K–2nd Grade)! Our goal is to give young athletes a fun, positive introduction to basketball while building their confidence, fundamentals, teamwork, and love for the game. Athletes will learn the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, spacing, and game play in an encouraging environment where development comes first. Fridays will focus on learning and skill development, while Saturdays give our Rising Stars the opportunity to put those skills into action through games! 🏀 Ages: 4–7 | K–2nd Grade ⭐ Beginner Friendly — No Experience Needed! 📅 Starts: October 23rd ⏰ Fridays: 5:30–7:00 PM 🏀 Saturdays: 9:00–11:00 AM 📍 S&T Arena — 497 East Pike Road 💰 Registration: $200 👕 Every athlete receives a Jr. Cavs T-Shirt! 📆 Registration Deadline: September 21st This isn’t about wins and losses — it’s about learning the game, making friends, building confidence, having fun, and creating the next generation of hoopers! 🌟 Every star has to start somewhere. Fitness TrainingSmall Private Groups
Our Small Private Groups combine the personalized attention of private lessons with the energy and competition of training alongside friends. Limited to just 2–5 athletes, these sessions allow players to receive individualized coaching while working on the skills that matter most to their development. Every workout is tailored to the group’s goals, creating a fun, competitive, and high-repetition learning environment.

Fundamental Fridays is the perfect weekly class for athletes looking to build a strong basketball foundation. Designed for all skill levels, these fun and energetic sessions focus on teaching the game’s core fundamentals while helping players develop confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy learning the game. Whether your child is just starting or looking to sharpen their fundamentals, this class is for them.

Custom ProgramShooting lab
The Shooting Lab is designed to help athletes become more consistent, confident shooters through focused repetition and game-like training. Using our advanced shooting machine and rebound machine, players get hundreds of quality repetitions while improving shooting mechanics, footwork, shot preparation, and confidence. Whether you’re just learning to shoot or looking to become an elite scorer, the Shooting Lab is for you.
